Your Texas LTC Journey Starts Here:
Step 1 – Enroll Online
Sign up for the Online Texas License to Carry Class course at MyLTCTexas.com from your phone, tablet, or computer. Upon completion receive your LTC-104 Form.
Step 2 – Complete Your Range Qualification
Visit any Texas LTC instructor near you to complete the required shooting qualification.
**This portion is completed separately with an instructor, and their fees may vary.
Step 3 – Apply With Texas DPS
Submit your :
- Application
- LTC-104 Form (Class & Range Completion)
- Fingerprints
Step 4 – Set Your Fingerprint Appointment
Schedule and complete your required fingerprints through the approved Texas DPS fingerprinting process.
Recieive Your Texas License to Carry
Once approved, Texas DPS mails your Texas LTC directly to you
